Roasting of Pigs and Beef Rounds are our specialty. We can make your event memorable with our unique ability to roast pigs on your site. No mess. No fuss. If you prefer a more traditional menu we can handle that also.

On Site Cooking For an extra change, we cook pigs on site with one of our mobile, self-contained propane and thermostatically controlled spits. If your expectations are more of a pig on a stainless steel tray, we can handle that also. Variety of Menu We are a full service caterer offering 30 different entree selections. We can custom design any menu for you. Hor D'oeures, Clams, Party trays are no problem to add to your uniquely designed menu. All Day Events We offer all day packages for those all day company picnics & family outings. Complete with on site cooking of our own made hamburgers & hotdogs with all the salads. The steaming of clams mid-day and the all day roasting of the pig, sets up an appetite for a wonderful custom designed dinner. |
Semi-Formal Wedding Package at Your Site
We offer a semi-formal wedding package complete with glassware and served either platter style, country style, or buffet style. This package can be upgraded to include tents, tables, chairs, linens, and any other special needs you may have. This is especially appealing to country brides, unique weddings and special tastes. Inside facilities are also available.
Semi-Formal Wedding Package at Our Facility
We are now the exclusive caterer at the Plainfield Township Fire Company Banquet Facility. This lovely venue is located 2 miles south of Wind Gap, PA on Sullivan Trail. Easy access from PA Route 33. This spacious facility has seating for 550 people with a stage and dance floor. Meals can be served either buffet style, platter style or country style. Open year round.
