About Our Company

Since 1953, the Kessler Family has been in the food preparation business. We use the finest meat and deli products and have catered thousands of social events from personal parties to large corporate events. We remain committed to the principals upon which we were founded... quality, dependability and honest value - The Kessler Family. Our History We started out as a meat processing plant in 1952 and as the community grew into a metropolitan without livestock, we too grew and evolved into refined food processing. It was the love of preparing the food that lead us to become a caterer.

 Now
We are an off site and off location caterer serving full service needs from 20 to 6,000 attendees. We differ from other caterers in that we process most of our own products. Most of our hot and cold prepared foods are first processed in our own meat department. We offer a heated an air conditioned facility in Wind Gap, Pennsylvania. References available upon request.

What Makes Us Different
Royal Gourmet Foods quality an consistency of great food comes from using our own products. Most of our hot and cold meat products are first processed in our own meat department. We are known for our ability to cook whole pigs and specialize in our pig roast events. We can cook up to 16 pigs at one time.

Chamber Notes: Royal Gourmet Foods is an active member in the Greater Lehigh, Two River Area, Phillipsburg Chamber and Nazareth Chambers. We participate in member to member activities and drives and support the business within the chambers. As an operating business in the Nazareth area for over 55 years, we support all local activities of the Chamber.
